Guided Intuitive Self-Expression Journeys -  Connecting with the Divine  Intuitive

Graceful Hearts Journeyings is my offering of expressive arts facilitation where I lead artistic expressions as encounters with the Great Mystery giving Life force to all sentient beings.

​Here, I gently guide and support the dive into the creative process through various expressive arts mediums.  This type of "Listening" is intuitive and experiential meditation, sound and painting. This exploration encourages us to connect deeply to our intuitive gifts and supports sacred reciprocity and healing on our individual and collective journey.

No experience necessary as I hold that everyone is innately an artist and alchemist as art or music is born from the heart, from the innate quiet place of imagination and surrendering to the Creative Process.  This embodiment happens through the deep listening offered by a contemplative process, allowing us to distill our current Life context and current processes into gold nuggets, gems of wisdom as they come forth through the creation process as we step into the Mystery's Portal.

These heart portals journeyings encourages us to "become midwife to our own soul" through the creative process in an inclusive supportive atmosphere.
